We can print: up to 6 colors per side. We can use fancy ink (puff, glitter, glow-in-the-dark). We can create a design for you. We can typeset something for you. We can give you a quote [estimate] on any of those services, just ask us about it. We no longer print on garments provided by the customer, only those that we supply due to potential inconsistency in the behaviour of fabric not purchased by AstroPress. Shirt brands available are American Appare (US made)l, Bella (US Made), Port and Co., Hanes, Fruit of the Loom, Gildan, Canvas, Bayside (US made) and many others. ALSO: After you order the minimum number of shirts, you can add a dozen or more (for example) of another type of garment to the order. So if you want a dozen girly shirts added to your order or men's shirts (with the same design) we can do that. As one example.

Regarding Art:

We can use your camera ready art and scan it, or typeset something for you (see art production rates below). We can take your digital file. 15x15 is the max.
Photoshop: 300 DPI at 100%. Give each color a separate layer. Make sure fonts are rendered as a layer. Grayscale prints at 55 line screen.
Illustrator: Outline all fonts, supply all linked files; do not embed files. Please place each separate color on it's on layer.

For both Photoshop and Illustrator, it is important that you do the following so that we can output directly from your supplied file. Set your file up with the bottom layer as a composite (in other words, the bottom layer shows us exactly how the design should look, with colors, background colors etc.) The next layer will be your first color (let's say you want it to be red). Even though the color you want to print is Red, we want you to change the red in this layer to Black. When we print your film, all film prints in black. So if you set this layer to black (change all the Red printing area to Black), we can simply "push print" on our magic film printer.

Your next layer/color, let's say, should be Blue. Change all of the blue area to Black. Same reasons. Do this for every color in your design. Example coming soon -
