Do you charge set up fees?
No need to! Because we run these directly from the computer to the printer there is hardly any set up time and no need to burn any screens.
Can I mix shirt colors and sizes?
Yes, but… Mixing sizes is no problem but the design should fit all shirt sizes or we’ll have to charge for an art change. Also, mixing light and dark shirt colors in the order will need to be priced accordingly.
Can I supply my own shirts?We’d rather you didn’t. We won’t print on pre-worn or used garments. We are not responsible for mis-prints on shirts you provided and will not replace or give a credit. If you need an exact number printed, you must provide an extra 10% more shirts.
Why don’t you print more than 36 pieces?
Because we are partnered with Forward Printing, we usually convert orders over 36 pieces to screen printing in order to give you the most economical pricing possible.
What is your return/refund policy?You must report the error within 24 hours of receipt of goods. We are not responsible for typos or mistakes in design submitted by client. No refund or credit of any kind for customer supplied shirts.
Can I cancel my order?We certainly hope you don’t but if you have to, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing submitting deposit. You are responsible for any processing fees, restocking costs and any other expenses incurred by us between the time we received your payment and the cancellation request was received.
